             What is Sleeping Paralysis ?

    It is a temporary inability  to move or speak when you are awake but cant do

Well This Sleeping Paralysis is Classified into two. They are given below:
 1: Isolated Sleep Paralysis (ISP)
 2:Rarer Recurrent Isolated Sleep Paralysis (RISP)


   1: Isolated Sleep Paralysis (ISP):
                                                       This Paralysis can be happen in only a lifetime.
      So, we can know now this paralysis can be happen for only one time in person
      life.

  
   2:Rarer Recurrent Isolated Sleep Paralysis (RISP):
                                                          This paralysis is little much dangerous than Isolated
     Sleep Paralysis because this (RISP)  can last for up to an hour or longer, and have a much higher occurrence of perceived out of body experienced.
                                                           It can also suffer back-to-back episodes of sleep paralysis in the same night, which is unlikely in individuals who suffer from ISP.

   



     

  Well, There are Many Prevention And Treatment For
   this Sleeping Paralysis


 Prevention:
   Due to this Sleeping Paralysis people are sufferung from many kind of
   diseases. These include insomnia and sleep deprivation, an erratic sleep schedule,
   stress, overuse of stimulants, physical fatigue.

   Well many scientist have told that This Sleeping Paralysis happen due to the sleeping
   pattern. Anecdotal reports indicate that wiggling fingers or toes upon awareness of the condition may    enable the person to move again. Meditation-relaxation has been proposed for sleep paralysis.

   Well this Sleeping Paralysis can involve genetic factor- where some people can avoid this
   Sleeping Paralysis






      TREATMENT FOR SLEEPING PARALYSIS:

   Well there are many treatment for this Sleeping Paralysis are given below:

  1. No drug is used to stop this Sleeping Paralysis.
   
  2. Well there are used many therapy they are given below :
     i.  reappraisal of the meaning of the attack
     ii. psychological and emotional distancing
     iii. inward focused-attention meditation
     iv. Muscle relaxation

 3. So we can stop this by moving its finger when you are suffering from sleeping paralysis
